Our desserts are hand made and made fresh.
If you know exactly what you want, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours ahead. We experience high-demand periods many times throughout the year, so to avoid disappointment during peak Graduation, Wedding and Holiday seasons, please place orders 2 full weeks in advance, whenever possible. We do not always have firm pre-order deadlines, but determine them as we assess orders.
If it is necessary for us to stop accepting orders as we near a specific Holiday or busy season, know that we always have a great selection of top selling cakes, cookies and desserts baked fresh and on-hand. Just call us the day of and we can tell you what is available at that time. Prepayment is required.
In an effort to maintain clear communication on custom artwork orders, we ask that you place your order in person, that way we can more easily include all of the pertinent details.
We take great care to get every order right. All orders are shown to the customer at time of pick-up for approval and we can generally make decorating modifications while you wait. Once an order is accepted by the customer and leaves the bakery, we are not responsible for any errors, damage, product mishandling, storage, etc. We recommend that orders be picked up by the person who placed the order. We also recommend transporting all products on a flat surface to avoid sliding and damage during transit.
We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards only. Many orders require pre-payment, such as Sunday orders, orders over $50.00, all custom artwork orders, whipped cream cakes, off-season products and products not made on a daily basis.
We do not accept orders online or via FAX
at this time. Cancellations or changes to existing orders must
be made in person or over the phone and two full business days
prior to the pick up date. We do not ship our products. Just
call the bakery at 408.354.2464 and a real person will happily
take your order. We like it that way.
